    About farmer and farm:

    Farms are settled at the mountain region Morazán, El Salvador on 1000-1200 masl.

    This height is especially suitable for growing Cuscatleco variety.

    Region is rich with fertile soils and has a sufficient number of shaded areas, which helps in coffee processing.

    Process: anaerobic natural 90 hrs

    Cherries handpicked, sorted and go to fermentation tanks for 90 hours.

    After that goes drying phase on raised beds and patio for drying, until moisture level reach 10,5-11,5%
