About farmer and farm:

Gera - high altitude region settled in West Ethiopia. This region characterises with fertile soil and climate with high humidity.

Gera farm was found in 2008 by Tracon, big family export company.

Experts from Tracon worked hard with colleagues from JRC ( Jimma Agrocultural Research Center) to find best varieties of arabica for this region.

Process: washed

Coffee cherries picked and sorted.

Then pulped and fermented for 12-24 hours, to break mucilage.

After that coffee beans washed and dry on raised beds.
