About farmer and farm:

These coffee comes from different washing stations in Guji, such as Bishan Figu, Uraga, Suke, Shakiso Hangadhi.

It was grown at 1900-2300 masl, where conditions are optimal for high quality product.

Process: anaerobic natural

Cherries handpicked, sorted and go to fermantation tanks.

After that goes drying phase on raised beds and patio for drying, until moisture level reach 11-12%
