Benti Nenka Station located in Guji region, Ethiopia, at 2150-2300masl.

Due to red volcanic soil and climate conditions, this is the perfect place for high quality coffees.

Process: Anaerobic natural 48 hrs

Cherries picked and sorted.

Then fermented in barrels for 48 hours.

After that goes drying stage on shaded african beds.
