About farmer and farm:
Idido station settled in Gersie kebel of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia.
Here coffee cherries picked lately and have more density and complexity.
Local farmers pick and sold red ripe cherries directly to the station.
Process: anaerobic natural 36hrs, then extremely slow drying
After picking, cherries go to the fermantation barrel for 36 hours.
Then dried on african beds for 15-18 days.
