About farmer and farm:

This lot is from Guji region, on south part of Ethiopia.

Conditions here almost perfect for superb coffee: high altitude, rich volcanic soil and climate, that suits.

Shonora family owns Gerba Dogo farm and have almost 25 years of experience.

They work mostly with local farmers.

Process: washed

Coffee cherries picked and sorted.

Then pulped and fermented for 12-24 hours, to break mucilage.

After that coffee beans washed and dry on raised beds.
