About farmer and farm:
Dogo Sodu is a high-altitude station and harvest starts late around the year. Station processing naturals and experimentals and It is one of highest quality station in West Guji Region.
Dogo Sodu produces very complex coffees due to the red brown soil that is very fertile but also the high altitude levels making the coffees mature slowly.
Process: anaerobic natural 96hrs
Coffee cherries picked and sorted.
After that fermented for 96 hours in anaerobic environment.
Then coffee dry on patio or raised beds to 11-12% moisture level.
