Quebraditas farm is settled at 1600-1850 masl.

Here’s conditions are optimal for growing and cultivating this lot variety - yellow bourbon.

Process: natural + thermal shock

Coffee cherries are hand-picked and sorted.

Then goes drying phase on raised beds, but at some point it stops with thermal shock process: cherries submarged into cold water to stop fermantation and «hold» aromatic and taste discriptors, to make them clean and more vibrant.
